Continuing to travel and write!
Getting really wet, resulting in damage to electronics and mechanics, e.g. computer and bicycle.
Also, the wet weather can be physiologically and psychologically difficult to deal with.
Luckily, challenges can spur improvements!
Added a Q&A with the newly functional CodeWOW forms:
When should I buy a new computer?
You should buy a new computer when you need one.
Now, time to write more ASTROTRIPPING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rain!

Lots and lots of rain, and lots more scheduled.
(By the way, when it rains, the sun still shines above!)
In Louisiana, the sides of the road are lined not only with Mardi Gras beads, but also with frogs.
And here, you can get liquor at the drive-thru: beer, daquiries, whatever you want.
(By contrast, in Seattle you can get coffee at drive-thrus. Wet places with liquids to get you on your way!)
At the boudin festival (boudins are sausages with rice and stuff inside), great music including zydeco.
I also tried fried alligator. Tastes like frog. (Frog tastes like chicken.)
Also, had a chance recently to have a crawfish boil, with some swamp pop, and good company.
Laissez les bons temps rouler!

Design in Nature: How the Constructal Law Governs Evolution in Biology, Physics, Technology, and Social Organization

The book provides a very good general introduction to constructal theory. This is the best book I've read in ages.

The main idea is that everything in nature, including us, grows in the quality of its flows, according to a physical law. This resembles and complements thermodynamics. Despite the abstractness of the idea, it has relevance throughout realms of everyday life.

I think this is the most beautiful idea I've ever come across.
