The Calm after the Storm
Things continue to return. I'm thinking that next week should be much more like before the pandemic.
I feel like so much has happened in the past few weeks, it's turning into a different place, I into a different person.
Some more stuff is open, but doesn't seem like the pandemic's over.
Still funny for me to see people walking around the Caribbean with baguettes, or to hear Caribbean people speaking French!
Tried some baobab. Tasty!
Shops reopening. Feels weird to have people out and about, not most tings closed!
Different place!
The schools are reopening. Continuing to feel more like "normal".
I'm now thinking of getting back to renting, and touring, soon!
Yesterday, while I was working, a homeless guy I've seen around walked by. When he arrived where I was, he started asking me for things and grabbing at me. I pushed back, but an external hard drive fell out of my open laptop case. The homeless guy grabbed it. When I chased after him, he repeatedly said I was in the FBI, and threw the hard drive on the ground, where it broke.
Tons of rats where I'm camping, and around town. They're annoying animals.
Awkward pickup line: "Do you want to be a mother? I can make you a mother."
Here's a rough demo fun song:
Keep on!
