A yummy drink: mix instant coffee with ice cold carbonated water, instead of hot flat water. It tastes a lot like Guinness or a dark beer. And it peps you up!!! :)
I sometimes make this at gas stations. In this extreme heat, you need a lot of refreshment!!! :)
Also, I've come across a similar product that nitrogenates instead of carbonates. Looks like it's a bit of a trend.
