Lots of little hurdles today, like sleeping in, losing tent stakes, plants that make the skin itch, and police saying not to ride on the interstate.

Lots of big corn fields around here. Seeing some mazes, or amazing maize mazes... And lots of shopping dotting the countryside. This is the Midwest all right.
