Over the last six months, lots of progress!
(Here's Year Two.)
Rode from the Gulf of Mexico to Lake Michigan, from Houston to Chicago, from the South to the North!

Wrote a really good draft of Astrotripping!
Wrote a story on the Vatican astrophysics program for the BBC!
Wrote El burrito que quería volar with Avril Olachea.

Had lots of amazing adventures with cool people in intriguing places along the way!!! :)
What's next? Lots more fun times over the upcoming half year, turning around and going down towards Florida!!! :)

I'm staying with the Jesus People, a huge commune in a tough neighborhood.
While giving me a tour, with sirens blaring in the background, my guide told me: "If you hear shots, hit the ground."

Yesterday, after a few misadventures, I wound up encountering an oncoming cyclist. I asked directions, and she told me I was already on the right road. Invited me back to their house in next town, Lincoln. Got there after riding through a bunch of corn fields! Had a warm shower and a spaghetti supper! Abraham Lincoln did a lot of lawyerly work in that town, which they named after him.
