Approaching the raft network obliquely, you come across an edge tying together a handful of the rafts. Out of range of the man in the bandana, it appears.

"Hey."

Who said that? You look around, but all the nearby raftspeople seem silent, blissed out on their rafts.

"Psst. Hey, over here."

This time you notice a glimmer in the sea. Who said that, you still wonder.

"It's me, over here. I'm a glimmer in the sea," the glimmer in the sea says to you.

"Oh, hi there," you answer.

"Say, you want to get high?"
