Tropicalia/Raftland

You arrive at the network of rafts. About three or four dozen fill your view. People walk and climb among the different rafts. A flag flies from atop one of them. The people wear simple costumes, although one man seems to have a more colorful bandana. You can't tell whether the people here are armed.

• Swim up to the nearest side of the raft network.
• Speak with the man wearing a bandana.
