It probably helps to tolerate people you find obnoxious. Why? It will help you accomplish your main goals. You may find something valuable in people who grate on you at first. And it's part of human decency.

If you choose to tolerate obnoxious people, there are different techniques. For example, you can simply focus on whatever it is you are doing, or you can adopt tools like earplugs, or you can even try to help those people become less obnoxious.
